Flying Squirrel
The Flying Squirrel is a 
Tier 3 Pet, available in the 
Puppy Pack. When a friendly toy breaks, Flying Squirrel will summon it again with the same level at previously was, if the Flying Squirrel is at the same level as the original toy or higher. Levelling up the Flying Squirrel increases the max level it can re-summon toys at.
Strategy
Flying Squirrel is a very important pet for toy teams, allowing you to keep toys around without having to actively find and buy toy pets. Once you've acquired a good toy, Flying Squirrel will either maintain the flow of stats or use them for their in battle abilities. It works well with basically all toy-related pets such as 
Mandrill, 
Mosasaurus, 
Sting Ray, 
Puma, and so on.
By combining Flying Squirrel with a pet like 
Old Mouse, you can scale your team up a lot every turn.
