The Walrus is a Tier 6 Pet, available in Custom Packs and sometimes available in the Weekly Pack. When the Walrus faints it will give Peanut perk to its friends. Levelling up the Walrus will increase the amount of friends that it gives Peanut perk to.

Strategy

Walrus is a potentially great Pet, as Peanuts do even more than Steak, allowing a friend to possibly killing the opponent’s strongest unit at once. Though, due to the ability giving a random friend Peanut, it is risky because Peanut may replaces any other Food Perks. Furthermore, Peanut is poorly favoured against opposing Melon perks if the player decides to give a friend with less than 21 attack, simply because Peanut’s guarantee knock-out will not function if it fails to hurt the opposing enemy Pet.

Using Mushroom perk on the Walrus is also considerable, doubling the amount of Peanut perks it can give.

Overall, Walrus can be extremely useful for knocking out a strong enemy Pet, but is still risky and depends on the player’s current status to decide if it should be bought. It's sometimes advisable to place a walrus in the middle of the team instead of the front if high-stat pets with valuable defensive foods are present in the front positions, so the Peanuts is guaranteed to go to a backline unit with nothing useful to overwrite.
