The Hydra Head is a Token Pet with no abilities. One to five of them spawn (depending on the attack of the 
Hydra that summons them and the currently available slots) when a Hydra faints. As with all tokens, it is considered a 
Tier 1 for the sake of certain abilities like 
Poodle's and 
Rhino's. The Hydra Head's starting stats increase depending on the level of the Hydra that summoned it.
Strategy
The easiest way to get the level 3 Hydra Head achievement is to get your Hydra to 50 attack as fast as possible then 
Pill it to summon 5 level 1 Hydra Heads. Then combine them and use one 
Chocolate or other means of exp. to level them up to level 3.
