The Hippocampus is a 
Tier 4 Pet, available in the 
Unicorn Pack. Whenever a pet gains health, the Hippocampus gives it attack, which is doubled when in battle. At higher levels, the attack buff is increased.
Strategy
Paired with 
health scalers, such as 
Moose, Hippocampus can give ridiculous amounts of scaling, and balance out the health and attack stats. Alternatively, you can combine a 
Sealion and a Hippocampus to give your whole team large scaling on end of turn as early as turn 5 as long as you place your Sealion back.
