Blue Ringed Octopus
The Blue Ringed Octopus is a 
Tier 5 Pet, available in the Golden Pack. Buying a Blue Ringed Octopus will buff the stats of all friends. Levelling up the Blue Ringed Octopus increases the amount of stats given to all friends when bought.
Strategy
Blue Ringed Octopus is an excellent pet for teams that can afford an empty space, especially Buy-sell teams, but it's also very good on pivoting turns due to the big spread buff it gives. It can be compared to 
Cow by the similar trigger and scaling, but gives more total stats at the cost of not having food synergy. It can be kept on the team if you find enough copies of it of if you can buy 
Waffle to triggers it's ability multiple times, even at max level. It also pair very well with 
Catfish, creating on of the best scaling methods in 
Golden Pack at the cost of two spaces on the team.
