The Pandoras Box is a 
Tier 5 Toys of Doom and Chaos!. At the start of battle, it will give all pets random food perks and ailments from any pack, excluding non-rollable perks and perks with no mid-battle effects. Pandoras Box's ability does not change on level up.

Skewer.
Interestingly, 
Inked is also excluded.
