Paper Shredder
The Paper Shredder is a Hard Mode Toy, available from Tier 3 onwards.
Strategy
The Paper Shredder can be paired with pets such as 
Musk Ox or 
Shark to activate their abilities multiple times without the need of the 
Sleeping Pill allowing you to create big units. This will make you able to run only four pets on your team though. It is also best to avoid this toy when you have multiple summon pets as all of the summons will get fainted before they can do anything.
Part of what makes this toy so detrimental is that it effectively prevents you from improving your team with new pets for two turns. This downside is much less painful in the very late game where you aren't changing up your team composition as much. Unless you are making use of the above mentioned pets, you should stick to leveling up your current pets, buying foods to scale pets you want to keep, and freezing pets you want to use once the toy is destroyed.
