Gold is the main currency in a game of Super Auto Pets. 10 is gained each turn, but does not carry over turns save for a few exceptions.
Uses
Food
- Avocado - Costs 3 Gold to return 3 Gold at the start of next turn.
- Grapes - Held equipment that generates 1 Gold at the start of each turn.
- Rice - Held equipment that makes the pet that holds it sell for an additional 2 Gold.
- Magic Beans (Golden Egg) - Held equipment that makes the pet that holds it sell for an additional 3 Gold.
Pets
All Pets cost 3 Gold.
- Swan - Provides temporary Gold to the player at the start of the turn.
- Hammershark - Provides temporary Gold to the player at the start of the turn, only works if the player has at least one Level 3 friend.
- Hamster - Provides temporary Gold to the player when the shop is rolled.
- Manta Ray - Provides temporary Gold next turn to the player if there is an empty slot on your team.
- Oyster - Provides temporary Gold when sold.
- Pig - Provides temporary Gold when sold.
- Golden Beetle - Provides temporary Gold when sold.
- Mimic - Provides temporary Gold for your next turn when 3 friends faint.
- Pixiu - Spends Mana to gain Gold at the start of your next turn.
- Silver Fox - Gives you additional Gold at the start of your next turn before attack.
- Goat - Provides temporary Gold whenever a friend is bought.
- Sauropod - Provides temporary Gold whenever a food is bought.
- Weasel - Gives you additional Gold at the start of your next turn whenever it faints.
- Lucky Cat - Provides temporary Gold at the start of your next turn whenever it levels up.
- Oyster - Spends gold at the end of your turn to gain it back at the start of your next turn.
Rolling the Shop
It costs 1 Gold to Roll the shop, this refreshes all Pets and Food which were previously bought, except for frozen ones.
